NEW PROGRAMME GOES LIVE
05.10.2007
Our new and revised BA programme begins its first year of operation this year. The old programme has been redesigned in accordance with Middlesex's "New Learning Framework" and now features year-long modules, some of which are shared with our colleagues from BA Fine Art and BA Film, Video & Interactive Arts. You can find out more from the "Undergraduate Study" page.
NEW FRIENDS FOR SONIC ARTS
03.10.2007
As part of a University-wide restructuring, Sonic Arts has moved from the Media Arts curricular area to Fine Art. We have elected to remain within the Art & Design directorate which is where we believe our future lies. This realignment will put us in a closer relationship with the undergraduate and postgraduate Fine Art programmes (with whom we shall be sharing some modules) and, if recent experience is anything to go by, it's a move that will be welcomed by our students especially since it will give them access to a whole range of new fellow students, staff, knowledge and resources. You can meet our new friends and find out what they do here
SALOMÉ MOVES ON
01.10.2007
After five years with Sonic Arts, Salomé Voegelin is leaving us to join the permanent staff at the London Institute. She will be taking up a new post as leader of their new postgraduate programme. We'll all miss her lots and wish her well with her new job. Her place at Middlesex will be taken for the time being by Mikhail Karikis.
